Shipping Policy – Nibble & Nourish

At Nibble & Nourish, we know your pets are part of your family. That’s why every order is handled with care, packed with intention, and shipped as quickly as possible so it reaches your doorstep safely.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Fulfillment & Carriers

All orders are fulfilled through our trusted third-party logistics partners and shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the fastest available option.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier and checking with neighbors or household members. If you need assistance, our team is here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nibblenourish.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returned Shipments

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped for an additional fee or issued as store credit minus shipping costs.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability. You will receive tracking for each package.
